ORIGINAL W.J. LIGHTLE PORT HOPE EMBOSSED DAIRY BOTTLE, 1940, 8" H x 3" in excellent condition. Particulary RARE is its original lid which reads, "LIGHTLE'S IDEAL DAIRY FRESH PASTEURIZED MILK, Dial 3156". On the bottom it's marked, "D". PORT HOPE, at one time considered to be the capital of Ontario, is a beautiful town adjutting Lake Ontario with beautiful historical architectural gems, & home of artists, & writers, notably DAVID BLACKWOOD, & FARLEY MOWAT.
