Very nice vintage Beauceware chicken roaster.  Sold during the 1970s by the Ceramique de Beauce Co of Quebec.  In great shape, no chips or cracks. Shown in the photos is the brochure that came with them with cooking instructions and cleaning instructions. It is NOT included with this piece but I can copy it so you know how to care for it. Would make a great addition to any collection of Canadian pottery, and also works very well to cook with.
Measures 9 inches by10 inches.
