Are you having trouble keeping up in a regular Zumba Class? How about trying one of my "Zumba Gold" classes instead.  Zumba Gold is especially designed for beginners, active older adults, and those who have been out of fitness for awhile. Zumba Gold modifies the original Zumba moves making it much easier to learn. It is a class that EVERYONE can enjoy. So come on out and try one of my classes. You'll be glad you did!
